Since 1979 Christopher L. Meszaros of Alsar Realty Advisors, Inc. and Countryside Realty Inc. has been retained by major financial institutions, law firms, courts, local and county governmental agencies, school districts, home builders, celebrities as well as countless homeowners in the suburban Philadelphia area for real estate valuation, consultation, guidance and brokerage activities.

I provide a unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience having worked for several banks at the start of my career, then purchasing a real estate appraisal company from Main Line Federal Savings Bank in 1993 and since this time, being essentially self employed as the President of Alsar Realty Advisors, Inc.  

Whether its a home or investment real estate you have in your portfolio, Real Estate is a complex asset and subject to change as time moves on.  There are so many variables that impact a property.   To many, their home, farm,  or investment properties may be the largest asset a family may have.   Real Estate can be an extremely personnel and emotional asset.

“Change” is mentioned in the paragraph above.  Real Estate Valuation and Brokerage has been exposed to significant change since my start in the real estate business in 1979.   From the 2 to 3 real estate bubble bursts since 1987, home mortgage interest rates being near 20% when I first entered the real estate business, to less then 4% in recent years for conventional fixed rate 30 year mortgage WITH or WITHOUT private mortgage insurance,  the local neighborhood bank being replaced by the conglomerate,  to more and more emphasis is being placed on pricing and valuation estimates generated by computer models presented in forums such as Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia.  Lenders also secure third party vendors, providing pricing and value opinions based upon a collection of property and sale data (data mining) generated from algorithums created by a computer programmer with no real estate experience.
